Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S. only, but we're working on expanding.


How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days and arrive within 7–14 business days. Some items may ship separately—you’ll receive tracking info for each shipment.


I ordered more than one item. Why did they arrive separately?
Some of our items come from different suppliers, which helps us keep things curated and cost-friendly. Each shipment will come with its own tracking.


Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged, though, please reach out—we’ll make it right.


Are your products only for smokers?
Not at all. While we offer beautiful tools for smoking, many of our items are perfect for tea lovers, herbal wellness, and soft life rituals. It's not just about the puff—it’s about the energy.


What if my package is delayed?
Occasional shipping delays can happen, especially around holidays. Always check your tracking first. If something still feels off, contact us and we’ll check in on it.

Yes. While many products are dropshipped, we also offer exclusive items curated and packaged by us—like candles, crystals, or gift bundles.
